(Farm is closed Sundays. No events will be scheduled.)

Case Responsible Party/Sponsor Information
All event reservations require a Case-affiliated (faculty, staff, student, alumnus/a) responsible party or sponsor. Upon submitting your reservation request, you will receive a form via e-mail which must be completed and signed by the Case sponsor, then sent to the University Farm before your reservation can be confirmed. Please enter as much information as you can below to save time for your Case sponsor.

All events must adhere to the guidelines set forth in the University Farm's Alcohol Use Policy.
Undergraduate events require an alcohol use permit from Student Affairs which must be approved and submitted prior to the event.
