All students who anticipate graduating in the current semester must apply in SIS for that term's graduation in SIS. You can find graduation information with detailed requirements here. Final materials are NOT due at this time but later in the semester.
If you plan to attend the Commencement ceremony in May, you will also need to register for the ceremony in the Spring semester; applying to graduate and registering for Commencement are two separate processes.
If you applied to graduate in a previous semester but did not complete all requirements you must apply again the semester you intend to complete your program. If you apply but then determine you are no longer able to graduate, please contact the Grad Studies academic affairs team at gradstudies@case.edu; you will likely not be able to apply for graduation in a future semester if haven't alerted Grad Studies to reset your status.
The deadlines to apply to graduate for this academic year are:
- Fall 2025 by Friday, October 3
- Spring 2026 by Friday, February 6
- Summer 2026 by Friday, June 5
