March 25 Open registration in SIS for degree-seeking (and Certificate) students Summer 2019
April 9 Open registration in SIS for non-degree-seeking students Summer 2019
May 17 Application deadline for summer non-degree-seeking students
June 3 Classes Begin
June 7 Deadline to Apply for Summer 2019 Graduation in SIS
June 7 Deadline for Summer 2019 graduation candidates to qualify for Waiver of Registration.
For Students Requesting the Waiver: All required Final Materials (including Approved Thesis/Dissertation) are due by this early date
July 4 University Holiday - Independence Day (4th of July)
July 5 Deadline to Submit All Materials for Summer 2019 Graduation
All required Final Materials (including Approved Thesis/Dissertation) are due by this date
July 29 Last Day of Summer Semester Classes
July 31 Final Grades Due to Registrar (12:00 noon)
August 16 Awarding of Degrees (no Convocation or Diploma Ceremony)
All financial obligations to the University must be resolved

August 20 + 21 School of Graduate Studies Orientation
August 26 Classes begin
August 27 Late Registration Fee Begins ($25)
September 2 University Holiday - Labor Day
September 6 Last Day to Withdraw Without Financial Penalty
September 6 Late Registration and Drop/Add Ends
September 6 Deadline for Fall 2019 graduation candidates to qualify for Waiver of Registration.
For Students Requesting the Waiver: All required Final Materials (including Approved Thesis/Dissertation) are due by this early date
October 4 Deadline to Apply for Fall 2019 Graduation in SIS
November 8 Deadline for Class Withdrawal
November 8 Deadline to Audit
November 8 Deadline to resolve any Spring or Summer 2019 Incomplete (I) grades (deadline may be earlier as determined by each course's instructor)
November 28 + 29 University Holiday - Thanksgiving
December 6 Deadline to Submit All Materials for Fall 2019 Graduation
