Targeted Metabolite Analysis

Small molecules and their analogs are chromatographically separated from endogenenous interferences over a reverse phase C18 column.  SRM MS data is processed using Pinpoint software (Thermo). The ratio of drug to its analog signal intensity is plotted against the calibration curve to determine drug concentration in clinical samples.
