Crime: Assault
Location of incident: East 115th Street and Bellflower Road
Date of Incident: Aug. 8, 2021
Time of Incident: 10:10 a.m.
Incident Description: A student was physically assaulted and a knife was brandished. The student reported they did not sustain serious injury but is being evaluated by emergency responders. The suspect fled on foot toward Plum Market. CWRU police have toured the area and believe the suspect is no longer in the vicinity of campus.
Suspect(s) Description: The suspect is described as a Black female wearing dark clothes and a black and gray patterned head scarf, approximately 5’5”.
