The Division of Public Safety is proud to introduce the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART). Available 24/7, this multidisciplinary team is made up of specially trained police officers, advocates, and crisis‑response clinicians that provide a coordinated, compassionate, trauma‑informed, and survivor‑centered response to sexual assault.
In addition to immediate assistance, the team connects survivors with counseling, advocacy, medical care, and other campus and community resources, helping them feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about their care and next steps.
The creation of SART reflects our continued commitment to fostering a safer, more responsive, and more supportive campus community one where survivors are met with dignity, collaboration, and comprehensive care every step of the way.
