Application Management System: Terra Dotta
The Office of Education Office uses Terra Dotta, a global engagement platform provider, as a comprehensive study abroad database to track all university-affiliated international travel for risk management purposes.
CWRU faculty and staff can use Terra Dotta to register their international travel, market their study abroad course, and monitor student applications for their study abroad program.
Any faculty or staff member intending to take students abroad for academic or co-curricular purposes, is required to attend a Terra Dotta training session to learn how to manage student registration for their program. Terra Dotta's administrative experience was updated to Admin Console. Users can access a video tutorial for the Admin Console update here. Please contact studyabroad@case.edu in order to schedule an appointment.
