CWRU is continuing its long-standing discount rental program with National Car Rental and Enterprise. You can find new discount contract codes for CWRU business travel on this password-protected page of the Travel Services website. These contract codes offer some of the best rates for domestic car rentals while adding embedded insurance coverage that helps defray CWRU insurance obligations.
Hertz Rental Car has been added as an additional discounted option. In addition, leisure codes (without insurance coverage) are also available for student and employee use on personal travel. Codes are for use by current CWRU employees and students only.
