Benelect Open Enrollment for 2024 ends today, Thursday, November 30th. The 2024 Benelect guide, the 2024 premium rate sheets, and instructions for making your elections in the online enrollment system are available below. For additional information regarding the 2024 benefits, a recording of the Town Hall presentation is available for your convenience. 

Benefits Administration is responsible for administering and updating the benefits program. 2024 Benefits & Wellness Fair


In-person and Virtual
November 6-10, 2023

Each November, during Open Enrollment, the Fair provides faculty and staff with the opportunity to connect with Benelect insurance carrier representatives. This year’s Benefits & Wellness Fair includes both virtual and in-person options to meet with our carriers. Employees will have access to live webinars, be able to ask questions in real time during working hours, access a multitude of resources 24/7, and participate in a daily raffle – all from the comfort of their home or office!

The virtual booths will run Monday, November 6 through Friday, November 10, 2023. Visit the TVUC Ballroom A (located upstairs) Thursday, November 9, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and meet with vendors including Medical Mutual, Superior Dental, MedImpact, TIAA, Vanguard, and more. This year don't forget to participate in the daily raffle for chances to win great prizes from our generous vendors. All participants who enter to raffle will get one coupon for a free smoothie at One to One Fitness Center's Recovery Zone.  Flu and Covid vaccines will be available at the Benefits & Wellness Fair, 11/9 and in the Senior Classroom the Wellness team will be hosting hearing screenings.
