The 2023 Benelect guide, the 2023 premium rate sheets, and instructions for making your elections in the online enrollment system are available below. We are offering limited in-person time to meet with the major carriers. Visit the Tinkham Veale University Center's Senior Classroom (located next to the Information Desk) Monday, November 7, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 8, 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. to meet with Medical Mutual, Superior Dental, MedImpact, TIAA and Vanguard. The Virtual booths will open on Monday, November 7, 2022.

Each November, during Open Enrollment, the Fair provides faculty and staff with the opportunity to connect with Benelect insurance carrier representatives. This year’s Virtual Benefits & Wellness Fair expands out to offer limited in-person time to meet with the major carriers. Employees will have access to live webinars, be able to ask questions in real time during working hours, access a multitude of resources 24/7, and participate in a daily raffle – all from the comfort of their home or office!
The virtual booths will run Monday, November 7 through Friday, November 11, 2022. Visit the Tink Senior Classroom (located next to the Information Desk) Monday, November 7, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 8, 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. to meet with Medical Mutual, Superior Dental, MedImpact, TIAA and Vanguard. This year don't forget to participate in the daily raffle for chances to win great prizes from our generous vendors. All participants who enter to raffle will get one coupon for a free smoothie at One to One Fitness Center's Recovery Zone.
Employees are also invited to free guest week at One to One Fitness Center November 7-11 as part of the Fair! Enjoy 28,000 sq.ft. of cardiovascular, machine & free weights, functional training and group exercise classes (in-person, virtual or recorded).
