Medical Plans
MMO CLE-Care (HMO): The CLE-Care HMO plan provides comprehensive health care services through a specified list of MetroHealth providers and MetroHealth pharmacies with no deductibles and low co-payments.
MMO High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP): The HDHP provides comprehensive medical coverage through Medical Mutual's broad SuperMed Plus network and partners with MedImpact for pharmacy needs. The HDHP pays a large portion of costs after the deductible is met and is the only option that allows for pre-tax contributions to a Health Savings Account.
MMO SuperMed Plus PPO: The SuperMed PPO plan offers full access to any physician or hospital in Medical Mutual's broad SuperMed Plus network without requiring a primary care physician or referrals. The PPO plan and partners with MedImpact for pharmacy needs.
Dental Plans
Superior Dental Care (SDC) PPO: The Superior dental plan allows you to receive care from any dentist, but more of your costs will be covered if the provider is in network.
CWRU School of Dental Medicine (SODM): The School of Dental Medicine provides a comprehensive plan offering full range of services primarily through graduate dental practitioners at the university's dental school.
Vision Plan
VSP: The Vision Service Plan (VSP) provides private practice quality care and retail choice at 39,000 nationwide locations with significant coverage for routine exams and eyewear.
