Jennifer M. Yoest, MD

Dr. Jennifer Yoest earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis in Genetics from the University of Kansas in 2009. From there she went on to earn her MD at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2014, where she also completed a Post-Sophomore Fellowship in Pathology. She completed residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at UPMC in 2018 followed by a fellowship in Molecular Genetic Pathology at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine in 2019. Dr. Yoest joined UH in 2019 as faculty in the Division of Genomic and Molecular pathology. Her research interests include molecular test development, immune-related adverse events in immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy, and molecular measurable residual disease in acute myeloid leukemia.
