Duo Required to Access Echo360 Starting March 10

In an effort to increase security and better protect the data Case Western Reserve University users have in Echo360, everyone in the campus community who has registered for two-factor authentication with Duo Security will be required to use it to access Echo360 beginning March 10.

This additional layer of security will be required of all CWRU Duo users to access the echo360.org pages, including those accessed via the Echo360 mobile app. This does not apply to any Echo360 content accessed via Canvas.

CWRU users who are not currently registered for two-factor authentication will not be impacted by this change.
