First of all, the university can make data from its enterprise systems available in Gemini Enterprise. Initially, data from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is available, but, overtime, data from many other systems will be available. Secondly, it is designed from the ground up to be agentic, i.e. AI that can perform work on your behalf. For example, you can have Gemini Enterprise check your availability in Google Calendar for next week and send a message in Gmail with suggested meeting times to a colleague.
