Google Apps Passphrase

CWRU users have a Google Apps passphrase in addition to their CWRU Network ID passphrase. The Google Apps passphrase is required for using client applications such as Outlook, OS X Mail, iOS Mail, etc.

Most Google Apps passphrases are changed when your CWRU Network ID passphrase is changed through a 'sync' process. If you find that you cannot access your email through Outlook, OS X Mail, iOS Mail or another client, try changing your Google Apps passphrase through the link below.
