Audio TeleConferencing allows multiple participants both on and off campus to have a meeting over the phone. Case Western Reserve University offers the CenturyLink Conferencing services to university faculty and staff.
To order TeleConferencing services, university faculty and staff should send an email to email@example.com the following information:
- Department name
- User’s first and last names
- User’s office phone number
- Speedtype to be charged
Telephone Services will requisition an audio TeleConferencing package and confirmation will be sent via email. The client is responsible for monitoring and paying all conferencing charges.
