Deskside Support (DSS)

Deskside Support Services (DSS) is available to assist faculty and staff members with issues and questions regarding computer hardware and mobile devices.

By contacting the Service Desk at 216.368.HELP (4357), faculty and staff can speak to a service desk analyst. If the service desk analyst is unable to resolve the issue at hand, they will open a service ticket and schedule a visit from Deskside Support.

Deskside Support is available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. If your management center has its own IT staff, you will be referred to that group.

In addition, UTech offers support for students, faculty and staff at our UTech CARE Center. The center is located on the lower level of the Kelvin Smith Library (KSL). Hours for the KSL CARE Center are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 10:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm during the academic year.
