Digital Cable Television

CWRU offers an extensive digital cable television lineup in all residential housing, Greek facilities, and in some academic and administrative buildings. Our system brings local channels, popular cable networks and CWRU channels to all corners of our community.

In order to receive cable television services, you must have a television (or other device) which supports a digital QAM tuner. Although digital tuners have been required in televisions since 2007, not all televisions included the QAM tuner which is used for digital cable reception. Many new devices now include the appropriate tuner, but you should check the specifications from your manufacturer to be sure.
