Training and consultation services are available to support members of the university community in their use of campus technologies.

Technology training, tailored to CWRU, is available for:

Students, faculty and staff members can access more than 4,000 video courses about technology, business and creative skills through Case Western Reserve’s partnership with LinkedIn Learning. Training on the policies and procedures that direct employees’ stewardship of university funds is available through the CAPS Program.

Customers

Training for university-wide technology services is offered free of charge to the university community, including all affiliates, staff, faculty, students and student organizations.

Get The Service

Students, faculty, staff and other university affiliates can access video-based online training anytime through CWRU’s LinkedIn Learning portal. Any university affiliate can register for classes in the CWRU Administrative Professional Series (CAPS), or watch select videos online, at CAPS Curriculum.

Technology training, tailored to CWRU, can be requested through the UTech Service Desk.
