Jennifer is the touchpoint for all prospective and current students in the Department of Music. She is responsible for department operations and academic program functions, such as recruiting, scheduling classes, registering students in applied music lessons, coordinating accompanying services, supporting faculty and student initiatives, maintaining marketing materials, promoting degree programs, and publicizing performances and events.
She uses her unique experience in music education and organizational leadership to spark excitement in others and cultivate productivity. She is passionate about highlighting available opportunities and valuable resources, encouraging students to maximize their potential and academic freedom, and sharing their scholarly/artistic accomplishments as they advance their musical study.
An Ohio native with a deep affection for Cleveland, she takes full advantage of the thriving cultural and entertainment scene. Being in love with music her whole life, she entered the musical theater world in 2002 and continues to play piano with community theater groups, most recently playing keyboard for:

- The Who's Tommy (The Fine Arts Association)
- Something Rotten (Chagrin Valley Little Theatre)

Jennifer joined the Department of Music in 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Mount Union (2002) and a Master of Business Administration in Management and Organizational Leadership from Ashland University (2005).
