Required Participation
Music majors enrolled in Principal Performance (MUAP) must participate in Recital Class. Each student is required to:

Time Conflict Permission: Submit this form to request approval for a course scheduling conflict with Recital Class; approved students will participate asynchronously.
Single Excused Absence: Use this form to request a single excused absence (illness, bereavement, or religious observance).
Program Information: Due by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, one week before your performance.
Accompanist Request: Due at least 4 weeks before your performance date.
