The CWRU Physical Safety Manual is a guide for physical hazards on our campus. These hazards can be present in labs, machine shops, residence halls, or walking around campus. The first half of this manual provides instruction about the policies and procedures in place to protect you from hazards. The second half is a quick reference guide, summarizing the key points of each subject or procedures for safe operation of various tools.
This manual should be used in conjunction with the Laboratory Safety, Biosafety, Radiation Safety, Laser Safety, and Performing Arts, Venue and Shop Safety Manuals.
