The goal of the Dean's Significant Conversation Series is to provide the opportunity for the School of Medicine community to engage in respectful conversations about challenging topics that impact academic medicine. This year, we will focus on identifying the biggest challenges in affirmative action, AI, and the culture of academic medicine and potential paths forward.
