Headquartered within the Warren E. Anderson Midtown Collaboration Center, the Institute for Population and Community Health (IPCH) is a newly established connector created to accelerate equitable health outcomes across Greater Cleveland by coordinating efforts across Case Western Reserve University while leveraging existing community and university strengths and expertise.

IPCH Goals
Working collaboratively to transform community health across Greater Cleveland, IPCH engages university faculty, staff, students, and community partners to address the social drivers of health through a combination of community-engaged research, education, training, health-promotion, and dissemination activities. Specific goals include:
- Establishing a coordinated and connected research and education platform for population and community health across CWRU.
- Developing collaborative, interdisciplinary research grant proposals.
- Increasing awareness about population and community health collaborations.
- Supporting education and training in population and community health including opportunities for service learning and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Gaining and sustaining community trust by co-creating solutions to community-identified needs.
