This event aims to set the record straight on Gender-Affirming care, medically necessary, safe health care backed by decades of research and supported by every major medical association representing over 1.3 million U.S. doctors. Panelists from the CWRU and our four affiliate Hospitals will cover gender affirming care across a variety of medical specialties. Gender-affirming care is a supportive form of healthcare for transgender and nonbinary individuals. Gender-affirming care is patient-centered and treats individuals holistically, aligning their outward, physical traits with their gender identity. Join our conversation as we spotlight specialties and interface with physicians in those areas.
