Pope is an obstetrician/gynecologist in the Department of Urology with an appointment in the Department of Reproductive Biology at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. Her research is focused on obstetric fistula and public health topics, including female sexual health and menopause. In addition to her work as a physician, Pope is a clinical instructor and associate professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Urology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. This free event is sponsored by the UH ADVANCE (Advancing Diagnosis through Validated Analytics and Novel Collaborations for Excellence) Center, established in 2022 as a Diagnostic Safety Center of Excellence to identify best practices for diagnostic evaluation of common conditions prone to diagnostic error.
