Dr. Chenobia C. Webster-Hill, DSW, LCSW holds a DSW and LCSW; obtained Doctor of Social Work (DSW) in Clinical Practice and Leadership from the University of Tennessee Knoxville; Masters of Science in Social Work (MSSW) with a Clinical Concentration from the University of Tennessee at Memphis; Bachelors of Arts and Sciences in Social Work (BASW) from the University of Memphis. Currently licensed as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee with experience in clinical counseling in a higher education environment.

Practice experience includes specialties of clinical licensure, understanding the diagnostic process and its application in clinical practice, anxiety, and depression with an emphasis on adjustment to college, healthy relationships, diversity and developing mental health outreach programming. Almost fifteen years of being a licensed clinical supervisor and providing licensure examination preparation with over a 95% success rate of passage of various exams for social workers and professional counselors.
