Dr. Todd Otteson is the Dean of the Blackwell-McKinley Society and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the School of Medicine. A Utah native, Dr. Otteson completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed a residency in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery at Georgetown University Medical Center. He continued his training as a fellow in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and earned a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. Dr. Otteson came to CWRU in 2013 and was named the James E. Arnold MD and Nancy and Tom Seitz Chair in Pediatric Otolaryngology in 2014.
