How to Renew Your Permit for Spring Online
Open the following link in Internet Explorer: https://caseparking.t2hosted.com/cmn/auth_ext.aspx
Log in using your Case network ID and password.
Click the link near the bottom of the page that says “purchase permits.”
From there, choose the permit with the beginning date that best suits your needs. **
Follow the instructions to check out.
Note: You must have a valid license plate number in the system to complete your purchase.
**Parking During Winter Break
If you have a permit that expires at the end of the Spring semester, you do not need to do anything.
If your permit expires at the end of the Fall semester (November 23, 2020), you must renew/purchase a Spring Semester permit during the renewal period (November 9 -November 23, 2020) and choose a beginning date to suit your needs.
If you do not yet want to purchase a Spring permit, you may obtain a temporary permit to cover winter break (to buy a temporary permit, you need to come to Access Services).
To renew your Fall permit for Winter Break only:
You must bring your current hangtag to Access Services along with your vehicle information. Purchase a temporary permit to cover your needs.
All permits are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
11.9.2020 – Renewal for Fall permits begin.
11.23.2020, 4 pm - Fall permits expire (and renewal ends).
1.6.2021 - The waiting list will be reviewed
3.15.2021, 4 pm – Last day to return Spring permits for a refund.
5.1.2021 – All student waiting lists dissolve. (If you want to continue to be on a waiting list, you must add yourself again on this date or after).
5.31.2021 – Permits purchased for Spring Semester will expire.
6.9.2021 12:01 am – All available lots become ready for sale for students. *
*Permits are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must use Internet Explorer to ring out your purchase. You must provide your vehicle information and have paid all outstanding violations before purchase.
MONDAY, November 23, 2020, 4 pm– Deadline to renew
All fall semester permits that are not renewed by 4 pm on November 23, 2020, will be offered to the next person on the parking waiting list for that particular lot.
FRIDAY, January 6, 2021, 9 am – Waiting list reviewed
The waiting list will be reviewed, and emails sent to students on the waiting for any spaces available in their desired lot. Students will be able to purchase these permits but must do so within the date indicated in the email.
WEDNESDAY, January 22, 2021, 4 pm – Last Day for permits to be mailed
Any permit purchased after Thursday, January 21, 2021, will NOT be mailed. They will only be available for pick up at Access Services by the permit holder only with a valid CWRU ID card.
FRIDAY, February 5, 2021, 4 pm – Deadline to pick up purchased permits
Permits that have not been picked up from Access Services by Friday, February 5 at 4 pm will be refunded and offered to the next person on the parking waiting list. There will be a $25 restocking fee removed from your refund, as well as any outstanding citations on your record.
MONDAY, MARCH 15, 2021, 4 pm – Deadline to cancel Spring parking for a refund.
This is the last day to cancel your spring semester parking to get a refund for the unused time.
If you fail to renew your Fall permit during the renewal period, you will possibly lose your spot in your current lot.
If you leave your vehicle in a parking lot without a permit during winter break, you will be subjected to parking violations.
If you have any unpaid citations on your account, they must be paid before renewing or purchasing any parking permit.
To complete the online purchase of a permit, you must use Internet Explorer.
