What is Metropolis Scan to Pay?
Case Western Reserve University Access Services is excited to announce that we have launched a mobile payment option on all metered parking areas on campus.
Metropolis, a mobile payment solution, makes it easier to park at the pay by space stations - allowing customers to pay for parking with a phone app. It is another way to pay that provides an additional functionality for customers that they would not receive at the actual physical pay station location.
How to Use Metropolis Scan to Park
To utilize the Metropolis service, downloading an app is not required. Parkers can scan the QR code posted on signage at any visitor parking lot. After entering their phone number, vehicle information and payment method, they can immediately start using Metropolis as another way to pay for parking - via its mobile app, or web portal.
Once required information is entered, parkers can use the app to start a parking session and pay for parking.
