The Case Western Reserve community has a variety of free transportation options for students, faculty, staff and visitors. Route stops are marked with signs throughout campus. You must be at a designated stop to be picked up and drivers are only permitted to drop off riders at designated stops for everyone's safety.
For the safety of all riders, masks are currently required on all shuttles. Please practice social distancing as well whenever possible.
Main Campus Shuttle Routes
This shuttle connects Little Italy (with access to the University Circle Rapid Station), University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve University. Shuttles run on weekdays between 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and from Noon - 6 p.m. on Sundays. Two shuttles are available during peak weekday hours between 6:30 - 10 a.m. and 4 - 6:30 p.m.
Health Education Campus
This shuttle connects the main campus with the Health Education Campus. Two shuttles arrive every 7 - 9 minutes on weekdays between 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. A third shuttle is available during peak times between 7 - 9:30 a.m. and 4 - 6 p.m. The full route will take approximately 15 - 19 minutes, dependent upon traffic.
This specific shuttle serves nursing students' class schedules to ensure they can travel between the main campus and the Health Education Campus in a timely manner. It runs on a continuous loop weekdays from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m., beginning one hour before the first class and ending one hour after the final class.
Shuttles available at the west campus parking facility are intended for CWRU students, faculty and staff as well as employees of the Cleveland Clinic. Shuttles will operate weekdays from 5:30 a.m. - 1 a.m. Shuttles will depart every 20 minutes. During peak hours, 6 - 9 a.m. and 3 - 6 p.m., shuttles will depart every 4 minutes.
