Scheduling to Ride

MUST BE SCHEDULED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE Dispatch is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 11pm

Provide us with the following information

Name, cell phone number, day of flight, pickup location, pickup time. Any additional information that might be pertinent, such as need for wheelchair access, amount of luggage if over two bags, etc. PLEASE ALLOW an hour and 15 minutes for pickup and travel

Confirmation text will be sent prior to your pick-up date with your scheduled pick-up time (based on availability)

Please be prompt; shuttle will follow a strict schedule

Dates and times:

• Fri 3/6 -  2pm, 4pm, 6pm
• Sat 3/7 - 5am, 7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm
• Sun 3/8 - 5am, 7am, 9am

Pickup Locations:

• Greenlink Juniper Dorms - Pickup on the hour
• Nursing (across from Fribley) - Pickup 15 minutes past the hour

This shuttle connects Wade Oval, Uptown, Little Italy (with access to the University Circle Rapid Station) and Coventry.

Please Note:  The Commuter Shuttle will not be able to enter VIC Lot on Monday, July 14th and the drop off and pick up for VIC stop will be on Adelbert Rd by Adelbert Hall.

This shuttle route connects Parking Garages 46 and 53 with the areas of campus where most academic buildings are located.
