The Case Western Reserve community has a variety of free transportation options for students, faculty, staff and visitors. Route stops are marked with signs throughout campus. You must be at a designated stop to be picked up and drivers are only permitted to drop off riders at designated stops for everyone's safety.
During Fall Break there will be an Airport Shuttle available Oct 18th and Oct 19th.

Dispatch is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 11pm
Provide us with the following information:
Name, cell phone number, day of flight, pickup location, pickup time.
Any additional information that might be pertinent, such as need for wheelchair access, amount of luggage if over two bags, etc.
PLEASE ALLOW an hour and 15 minutes for pickup and travel
Confirmation text will be sent prior to your pick-up date with your scheduled pick-up time (based on availability)
Please be prompt; shuttle will follow a strict schedule.
