New features, including different question types and additional fraud detection, are available now in Qualtrics. Users now can add a drill down question, heat map, Captcha and others to their surveys. Individuals also can use the new security settings to prevent multiple submissions by users and stop bots who might engage with questionnaires. When ready to publish, individuals can use ExpertReview to verify the quality of their surveys and adjust them based on the recommendations.
