CaseWireless Certificate Acceptance - KBA

New certificates for wireless network

UTech upgraded its authentication servers on June 16, 2022. After the upgrade, users may receive a warning when reconnecting to the wireless network, CaseWireless. To continue to use CaseWireless, follow OS-specific instructions to accept the certificate and then connect as usual.

Windows

When you see this warning, click Connect.

Mac OS

When you see this warning, click Continue.

iOS

When you see a warning, tap Trust.

A verification message when connecting to CaseWireless from a device that runs iOS. Click Trust to continue connecting.

Android

No action required.

Note

If your device fails to reconnect to CaseWireless network, it may be necessary to 'forget' the CaseWireless network and reconnect to it again. Find the device's wireless settings, select "CaseWireless" and then "Forget". Try connecting to CaseWireless again.
