The students enrolled in the Weatherhead’s Executive MBA (EMBA) program are working professionals who want to be challenged to new heights in leadership—regardless of discipline. Our cohorts represent individuals from diverse backgrounds, industries and organizations, all of whom wish to make a bigger impact in their careers.
The nature of our residencies promotes networking among like-minded peers, relationships that have the potential to evolve into lifelong friendships and business partnerships down the road. You'll work with peers to examine your leadership strengths and gaps and develop a personalized learning plan to become the best leader you can be.
