Participate in the 2027-2031 Strategic Plan Process
The development of the 2027–2031 strategic plan will be a collaborative and inclusive process. School leadership will partner with basic science chairs and departmental representatives to establish the plan’s framework and initial priorities, and we invite faculty, staff, and hospital affiliate partners to actively participate in shaping the plan.
Through a series of meetings and town halls, stakeholders will have the opportunity to share perspectives, provide feedback, and contribute ideas that will inform the plan’s strategic priorities, objectives, and measurable outcomes. Input gathered through this process will be carefully reviewed and integrated to ensure the plan reflects our shared goals and collective vision.
