This year's Parent and Family Weekend at Case Western Reserve University will take place Friday, Sept. 27, through Sunday, Sept. 29.
Parents and families can look forward to on- and off-campus activities, receptions and opportunities to engage with the Case Western Reserve Community, including:
- Exclusive campus tours Friday and Saturday
- Friday Family Night in Thwing Center, featuring student talent and reception, sponsored by the Parent’s Leadership Council
- Legacy Parent’s Open House
- Open House with President Kaler
- Cleveland Guardians game
The weekend will also give you a chance to spend a few days exploring campus, visiting your student's favorite hangouts, and getting to know some of their friends, classmates and teammates.

School of Nursing's Donuts with the Dean
Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing students along with their parents and families are invited to have donuts with Dean Carol Musil. Faculty members will also be in attendance to meet and greet visitors.
The event will be held in the Cosgove Courtyard of the Samson Pavilion from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
In addition to donuts, a full savory breakfast will be available starting at 8:30 A.M. for those who may need to get on the road early.
The simulation lab and flight nursing area will be open and staffed for guests to see where students practice their nursing skills through hands-on training sessions that simulate real-life situations. Sit in a helicopter, listen to a lung, test your nursing knowledge!
