Senior Director, Client Experience
Tron has over 20 years of IT experience, including managing service desks in higher education and serving as an IT Director for several schools at Case Western Reserve University. As the Senior Director of Client Experience, Tron oversees the university’s IT services that directly support the members of the campus community. His portfolio includes the Service Desk, Desk Side Support, Executive Support, school-based IT teams, Endpoint Management, the Software Center, Client Applications (Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft 365, etc.), Web and Mobile Solutions, and IT training. Tron received his Master’s Degree from Syracuse University and his Bachelor’s from St. Olaf College.
