* Note: By default, Box is "personal" storage. It is tied to a particular person and will not be automatically retained when that person leaves the university. Members of the CWRU community can contact the service desk to request group storage in Box, including group storage for restricted data.
** Note: For the personal storage options, data is retained for only 180 days after the person leaves the university. For the group storage options, data is retained as long as there is an active faculty, staff, or student manager of the data.
