Program
Be part of something extraordinary at North East Ohio Musical Heritage Association and WRUW-FM 91.1's Lake Erie Folk Fest No. 9.
The Lake Erie Folk Fest (LEFF) is a celebration of traditional music featuring performances, hands-on music workshops, and jams, all celebrating cultures from the US and around the world. Daytime events are FREE to all, capped off by a ticketed evening concert.
New this year - experience this amazing evening concert at Harkness Chapel on the CWRU campus. This beautiful venue offers a warm, intimate, and acoustically resonant space for Department of Music performances and special events like LEFF.
This year's lineup features John Showman and Chris Coole of the Lonesome Ace String Band (bridging old-time, bluegrass and folk traditions into a seamless hybrid of original material that is at once fresh and timeless), David Howley (award-winning folk artist from Ireland and founder of Billboard World #1 band We Banjo 3), and Global Connections (Cleveland based band that infuses musical genres and instruments from around the world).
Be there. It will be a night to remember!
