FAQs for Global Health Certificate

Students enrolled in participating in CWRU schools and departments may apply for the certificate. In order to be formally recognized as part of this program, or to participate in the certificate program, please contact a participating faculty member.

There is currently no deadline for participation. 

This program provides a free, single resource to discover global health opportunities at CWRU and partnering institutions. Participation and enrollment in courses are subject to rules, regulations, and fees set forth by Case Western Reserve University and participating institutions. Additional costs may be associated with some research experiences. 

This program provides a resource for educational opportunities in global health at Case Western Reserve University and affiliated institutions. Some of the world’s leading experts in global health have agreed to participate as advisors in this program and will work with you to achieve your academic and career goals. 

No. However, this program will help you achieve your educational objectives for global health-related study. In addition, you may be able to receive a certificate of completion from your department or program of study. The requirements for the certificate are program specific, so you are encouraged to contact a participating faculty member early in your program of study so that you may plan your course schedule appropriately.
