- Visit the Proofpoint Secure Messaging Portal by clicking on or entering the following URL in your browser:
https://securemail.case.edu/encrypt - Create an Account - First-time users will be prompted to create an account when they enter their email.
- Check Your Email - You will receive a confirmation email with a validation code that you will use to complete your registration.
- Log In and Access Messages - Once registered, log in to view, reply, and send secure messages. All questions related to diagnostic services of our center should be sent to priondiagnostics@case.edu.
