Early Arrival Athletes
You will receive an email from your coach with specific move-in instructions. You do not need to sign up for a move-in time.
Students arriving outside of the United States
International students can check-in on Friday, August 18 between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the North Area Office in Wade Commons. You will receive more detailed instructions from the International Student Resource and Engagement Office. You do not need to sign up for a move-in time.
Envision Weekend Students
You can check-in on Friday, August 18 between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. You will receive detailed move-in instructions. You must sign up for a move-in time slot.
Legacy Students
The Alumni Association will be inviting all legacy students—those of you who have a parent, grandparent, sibling, spouse, aunt, uncle, or any other family member that graduated from Case Western Reserve or a predecessor school—to the Legacy Summer Open House. It will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Aug 20. An invitation will be sent via email soon. If you plan to attend, please schedule your move-in time accordingly.
Official Move-In Day- Sunday, August 20
First-year student move-in will take place on Sunday, Aug. 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Students will need to sign up for a 60-minute time slot on MyHousing, under MyAssignments, on their fall housing assignment. . It is essential that you move in only during your time slot as we are managing the heavy traffic patterns around the first-year residence halls. You may also choose to participate in our Early Drop-Off process on Saturday, August 19.
