New mobile ordering app for CWRU dining locations
The university is moving to a new mobile ordering app for our dining locations! The new app is called Transact Mobile Ordering and is available for download on all phone versions. The Transact Mobile app will allow you to use your meal plan and CaseCash at dining locations across campus.
Please go to the CWRU Dining website and navigate to the “How to pay” section to download directions on how to install and link the app to your CaseOneCard. The new app will feature order ready timeframes, easy access to nutritional information, and will allow the locations to notify you about your order status via text.
We also wanted to let you know we will be opening a new café location inside of the Peter B. Lewis building this fall. The new café will accept credit cards, CaseCash and Meal Swipes!
We are also happy to announce the addition of three new vendors to the CaseOneCard program!
You’ll now be able to use your CaseCash at.

- Cilantro Taqueria in Coventry
- Insomnia Cookies in Uptown
Finally, we wanted to remind you that the deadline for meal plan changes is 5 p.m. on Friday Sept. 1, 2023.
