First-Year Move-in Schedule
First-year move-in in takes place over the weekend of August 15 for the Fall 2026 semester. To provide a smooth arrival process, your arrival date and time is provided to you with your housing assignment.
Move-in hours and important dates ahead of the start of classes are outlined below.

Early Arrival Move-In Information
Early arrivals are limited to students in approved early arrival groups (athletics and international students). Students already on our rosters for these groups have already had their arrival dates adjusted in our database, and additional updates will take place at the beginning of August to the approved date agreed upon by Housing, First Year Experience Office and/or Athletics. If you are a member of an athletic team or international student who does not see their arrival date update by August 4, please contact our office at housing@case.edu.
