You are required to display your parking permit in your vehicle. If you park in the 78 Garage, please review the 78 garage instructions.
If you are a resident in Lot 46, you must park past the sign on the 3rd floor in garage 46.

CWRU utilizes License Plate Recognition (LPR) Technology. Please make sure to add your current vehicles to your parking permit on the parking portal. Vehicles must park with their license plates facing the drive lane. Please review this document for detailed instructions on how to add your vehicle and the new regulations.

The deadline to renew your permit for the Spring 2026 semester was December 3, 2025. If you missed the deadline to renew and your preferred lot is no longer available, you can add yourself to the waitlist in your preferred lot. Login to the parking portal to see current parking availability, purchase parking, and add yourself to the waitlist.
Parking lot assignments vary for faculty, staff, contractors, students and visitors and are issued on a first come, first served basis.
