You are required to display your parking permit in your vehicle. If you park in the 78 Garage, please review the 78 garage instructions.

CWRU utilizes License Plate Recognition (LPR) Technology. Please make sure to add your current vehicles to your parking permit on the parking portal. Vehicles must park with their license plates facing the drive lane. Please review this document for detailed instructions on how to add your vehicle and the new regulations.

The university has limited parking facilities. Parking permits are tailored for faculty, staff, contractors, students and visitors. Rates vary by facility and season.
Students with the ability to renew will have received an email on April 14th- April 16th. The deadline to renew parking for Fall 2025 is April 29th, 2025. Check your email and then follow the instructions to renew and purchase your Fall 2025 parking permit.
Parking lot assignments vary for faculty, staff, contractors, students and visitors and are issued on a first come, first served basis.
