Cindy Naegele 

Associate Dean, Development & Alumni Relations

Cindy Naegele serves as Associate Dean for Development and Alumni Relations at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, where she leads philanthropic strategy, alumni engagement, and advancement initiatives that support the school's mission and future growth.

Naegele brings more than 30 years of experience in higher education, strategic communications, and nonprofit leadership. Throughout her career, she has helped mission-driven organizations strengthen relationships, inspire philanthropy, and translate vision into meaningful impact.

She has held leadership and advancement roles with some of Northeast Ohio's most respected institutions, including the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Cleveland Foundation, and OhioGuidestone, one of Ohio's leading behavioral health and social service organizations. She also previously served in development at the Case School of Engineering and is proud to return to Case Western Reserve University in this new leadership role.
