Joe Andre, MS in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University is a Research Associate at The Center on Urban Poverty and Community Development. His responsibilities include providing data management and statistical analyses for the Center’s research projects and program evaluations as well as designing and maintaining databases in the CHILD Data System.
Joe was previously a Senior Data Fellow with the College and Career Readiness Office of the Baltimore City School District, where he assisted in the development of an internal data infrastructure, automated reporting and dashboards, and varied technical and strategic supports. Prior to this position he was a Research Associate with the Levin Chair at the Maxine Goodman College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State, where his focus on data analysis and tool development supported the community work of the Chair; and an Elections Specialist in Pierce County Washington, where he oversaw vote tabulation, elections testing, mapping, and process improvements.
