Krista Jones, LISW-S, is a seasoned clinical leader, educator, and consultant with more than 25 years of experience advancing evidence-based behavioral health services, strengthening community partnerships, and enhancing program fidelity across diverse service systems. With a Master and Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University, she has built a career grounded in clinical excellence, systems collaboration, and a commitment to empowering youth, families, and emerging professionals. Krista served as a Lead IHBT Fidelity Reviewer for Case Western Reserve University, where she conducted comprehensive statewide fidelity reviews, analyzed agency policies and procedures, facilitated consensus scoring, and provided strategic consultation to support organizational growth and adherence to best practice models. Her leadership roles demonstrate expertise in supervision, program oversight, clinical training, quality assurance and crisis management, particularly within high-risk youth populations. Throughout her career, she has consistently leveraged research, clinical expertise, and organizational acumen to elevate service quality, mentor developing clinicians, and drive positive outcomes for agencies and the communities they serve.
