Nichole Cobb obtained a BA in Sociology from Case Western Reserve
University (1993) and received her MSSA from the Mandel School of
Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University (1995).
Nichole’ professional experience includes working with individuals and
families across the lifespan, from high-risk pre-mature infants and their
families to centenarian hospice patients. This experience includes
providing counseling, support and prevention services to individuals,
families and groups coping with an array of mental health disorders
and needs.
Nichole is the founder of Kingdom Developers Consulting Inc a
behavioral health firm providing counseling, consulting, prevention,
and wellness services whose mission is to provide effective
leadership, problem-solving and value creation which maximizes the
potential of individuals, families, groups, and organizations. Nichole
also established Kingdom Developers Foundation, the nonprofit
division, and its Institute for Generational Recovery whose aims
include family preservation, reclaiming relationships and breaking
generational cycles.
Nichole’s practice and research interests surround the intersections of
trauma and adverse childhood experiences, behavioral epigenetics,
and personality development.
