Gifts made during 2025 to the Mandel School must be made online or postmarked by Dec. 31, 2025.
The university resumes operations on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.

Online Gifts
- Please make your online gift on our Giving Page no later than Dec. 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
Transfer of Stocks, Bonds and Mutual Funds
- Please download and refer to the CWRU gift transfer instructions. Please email stockgifts@case.edu noting name of stock, gift designation, your broker’s name/firm and your name. The Office of Advancement Services will issue all transfer instructions. For questions on outright transfers of stocks, bonds and mutual funds, please contact The Office of Advancement Services 216.368.8552 or stockgifts@case.edu.
Wire Transfers
- Please contact uris-gift@case.edu with the donor name, gift purpose/allocation and wire amount.
- Please use the CWRU gift transfer instructions for reference to provide CWRU Advancement Services with the information necessary for the wire transfer.
Gifts of Cash or Checks
- Checks may be made out to Case Western Reserve University or CWRU. In the memo line, please note the designation for your gift (e.g. Scholarship, Department Name, Special Program, Dean’s Fund, etc.). You may also use print our contribution form to include details regarding your gift. Checks must be postmarked by December 31, 2025.
